  • Essential Question: In the course of history, to what extent can one person really make a difference?
  • Select a person of interest
    • What do we need to know about the person in order to be able to answer the essential question?

4. Background Information (15 points)

Depending upon the Person of Interest you decided on select one of the following databases:

  • Browse Topics

  • Open overview article

  • Email the article to yourself & cc Mrs. Marquet on the email (mbmarquet@fcpsschools.net)

  • Cite the article in Noodletools - using Quick cite copy and paste (5 points)

  • Print the article (if you are on a school computer)

  • Read highlight & annotate (5 points)
  • Notes - list of facts about your Person of Interest (5 points)

5. Britannica Image Quest (5 points) - Period 8

  • Perform a search for your person of interest.
  • Select and image 
  • Create a citation for the image in Noodletools
  • Email the image to yourself and to Mrs. Marquet (mbmarquet@fcpsschools.net)
