What's Coding?

Coding is short for computer programming. It is a set of instructions a computer can understand and execute. Today learning to code is as simple as playing an app or online game. Anyone can do it!

What is the Hour of Code?

Hour of Code is a program put on by code.org to encourage millions of students around the world to spend an hour coding during the week of December (Dec. 9th-15th).  

Code.org and offers free tutorials, lesson plans, support, and games that will teach beginning to advanced coders.
