Requirements for earning the FCPS IB MYP Certificate
Students must complete the following:
- Complete two (2) years of Language Acquisition courses in 9th and 10th grade
- Successfully complete all MYP assessments given during 10th grade including: Math, Science, Individuals and Societies, Language and Literature, Language Acquisition, and either HPE, Design, or Arts.
- Complete three (3) service learning reflections each year for 9th and 10th grade.
- Complete the Personal Project during 10th grade. A complete project includes ALL three (3) components: process journal, personal report, and product
