2021-2022 Advisory: Avid Strategies

AVID? What's that?

AVID stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination. It is an elective class offered at Lewis High School and around the country to help students build writing, reading, speaking and organizational skills for college success. It is also a class where students work hard on  raising their grades in all their classes. Students are selected for the limited space in AVID in the winter for the following school year.
